  • 2 cups mixed salad greens
  • ½ small avocado, diced
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons cooked chicken breast, diced (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  1. Cook the Quail Eggs: Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Gently add the quail eggs and boil for 3 minutes. Transfer to ice water to cool, then peel and slice in half.

  2. Prepare the Salad: Arrange the mixed greens on a plate. Neatly line up the avocado, bacon, cherry tomatoes, blue cheese, chicken (if using), and halved quail eggs on top.
